01 — Why this matters

Awareness is a start.
Prevention is the goal.

Psychological health and safety cannot be addressed through wellbeing slogans and occasional awareness activities alone.

Organisations need practical systems to identify psychosocial risks, improve management behaviour, encourage employees to speak up and prevent workplace conditions that contribute to stress, burnout, bullying and conflict.

No. It is a public-interest workplace psychological-safety launch and charity challenge. A short practical briefing is included, but it does not replace a complete Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer course.

How much will charities receive?+

Cognicert has committed to allocating 50% of net proceeds, divided equally among confirmed charity partners, subject to written charity agreements.

Can an organisation attend without sponsoring?+

Will sponsors receive delegate details?+

Not automatically. Personal information will only be shared where an individual has given clear and specific consent.
